A woman must be present at home during the visit.
Morning visits: Arrival between 8–10 AM or 10 AM–12 PM (Ramadan: 2–4 PM).
Afternoon visits: Arrival between 2–4 PM or 4–6 PM (Ramadan: 8–10 PM).
Full-Day: A comprehensive 10-hour visit (including a 2-hour break) for complete home refreshment.
Pick-up is 4 hours after arrival for standard visits, and 10 hours for full-day bookings.
To maintain your home’s personalized standards, our staff will utilize the cleaning supplies and equipment provided by you during the visit.
The service will be carried out according to the client’s instructions.
You can request or change the worker (subject to availability).
The assigned worker may be changed before or upon arrival due to emergency circumstances.
The appointment cannot be modified or changed less than 24 hours in advance.
Changes can only be made through the app.
