How do I book a cleaning session ?

We currently have three ways to book your session:

Can I reschedule bookings ?

Yes, up to one visit can be rescheduled by calling our customer care agents on 920002696 from landlines and mobiles within KSA.

How much do you tip for a cleaning service ?

Our cleaning agents do not accept tips of any kind (money, old clothes, personal belongings, etc). We motivate our staff with monthly incentives based on their evaluations. So, if you are happy with the cleaning service you received, give your cleaning professional a great rating! We will take care of the rest.

Does house cleaning include laundry?

Basic laundry services (loading & unloading wash machines, hanging or folding) can be done by our staff. But for a complete service, you can use our laundry service.

Does house cleaning include cooking ?

Our services do not include cooking.

Do I need to be at home during a cleaning session ?

Yes, we require a female member to be present during cleaning sessions.

What is your cancellation policy ?

Cancellations are possible with 48 hrs advance notice. With less than 48 hours until your visit, you need to talk to one of our customer care agents to reschedule your booking.

Do you charge extra for bringing your own cleaning products?

We currently don’t provide any cleaning products with our services. Please ensure your preferred products are available before our cleaning professionals arrive at your home.

What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning ?

We try our best to achieve a 100% customer satisfaction rate, but if you have a negative experience, you can reach our customer care agents 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday) from 8 AM to 9 PM to register your complaint.

All our payments are secure. You can pay with Apple Pay, Visa, Mada, and MasterCard.
